Still can't access purchase

Your status is now "Valued Customer" so you should be able to get your purchases in:
- 3DTrains Forums
- 3DTrains Products
- → Railworks & TS2017 Downloads
- → Scenery Packs ->
- ScaleRoad - High Resolution Edition

I notice that your Member status is still "Members". To see/download your purchases your status has to be changed to "Valued Customer" and only Marc can change Member status. Before he can do that you have to reply to the download instructions with your Member name. Have you replied?

same to me, I bought yesterday 'TS2018 - ScaleRail' by paypal and I didn't get any email or download instructions.
