There is a lot more of it...

The last thread had a lot of photos, so this should spread the load.

Reached Beta 2 stage. Place names in and a lot of extra detailing. What I especially like about this sim is its ability to look good close up whilst switching. So often with MSTS your belief cannot be suspended when you look at the lack of real detail that the good old workhorse forces on you if you want to keep any sort of framerate count.

I just love standing by the track as an engine slowly rumbles by. Rich's detailing in this new route certainly keeps the belief going smile.gif

Very nice shots of a potentially great route. I see you have air hoses attatched to the freight cars. How is that done? Thanks again

Thank you on the shots (and for Rich on the route biggrin.gif ).

The air hoses, well, have a look here...

They work really well smile.gif

Thanks for the link Rod. I've seen the screens, I've responded to the screens, and I'll ask again. How do "I" use and install the air hoses? Or is it a secret known to only a few selected
RS users? biggrin.gif If the information is posted somewhere, I might have just missed reading about it dry.gif
Thanks again for the great screens Rod and the sharp work Rich.

Hi Dejoh - I assume you have bought the 3rd stock pack from Dick Cowen?

If so, install them here

RailSimulator\Assets\Kuju\RailSimulatorUS\RailVehicles\Couplings\Buckeye\Type-E

Or in any other Asset providers Couplings folder

Moving back to the loco depot and yard that featured in the other shots on the first thread, Rich has just about finished here, though some further landscaping is apparently taking place (the diggers are out in force smile.gif ).

The quality of Marc's trees really shows in some of these shots, especially if you go back and look at the original default foliage with the jumbo sized leaves. If you don't have the hi-res foliage pack, go and get it! Well worth it.
