If you have downloaded the newly released Union pacific Superset vesion 2.0, you will get a sound error when checking for missing files using Conbuilder. The error is related to the MP15UPY1341 AND 1342 cabviews. The mp15.cvf and mp15r.cvf both call for the file sand13.ace to be located in the Cabview folder rather than providing a correct path of ../../dekosoft_common/cabview13 where the file can be found.

The easiest way to resolve the issue is to copy the file from the cabview13 folder and place it in the mp15upy1341 and 1342 cabview folders.

I am sending Dekosoft an email notifying them of this error.

The problem lies in a line of misplaced text near the end of the .cvf file. Lines 189 and 190 currently read:

Graphic ( 13sand.ACE )
States ( 2../../dekosoft_common/common/cabview13/ 2 1

the correct lines are:

Graphic ( ../../dekosoft_common/common/cabview13/13sand.ACE )
States ( 2 2 1

My apologies. I'd seen that error previously and as a beta tester, I should have caught it. I get no SOUND errors, though.

BTW: moving the .ace file is not a complete fix. The corrected lines above are needed.

Here is another Cabview error in the set:

In sd40nite.cvf

line
CabViewFile ( ../../sd40_up3825/CABVIEW/d11cw5.ace )

Should be
CabViewFile ( ../../sd40_up3801/CABVIEW/d11cw5.ace )

Where might the patch be found, Chip ?
