In explorer route, regardless of direction and train composition and speed, I always derail or the locos couplers break at Piegan. I have tried slowing to 10mph through the points but the problem of derailing or broken couplers on loco's still occurs. Any suggestions.

This is a bug in the Kuju switch used, and an update was sent to Abacus...The only remedy is to wait for Abacus to release the patch, or to fudge the coupler values in the locomotives and railcars.
I wish I could be more helpful, but Abacus made it clear to us that they're to handle all tech issues.
Cheers!

Hi guys.... let me add a little more to the tale.. from what I can remember of the 'coupler broke at Piegen' saga , some activities run an ai train over the switch before you 'get' there, this seems to cure the problem, I know that I have some Marias activities for the genesis series that will work ok with the coupler values upped and yet some steadfastly refuse to let me through unscathed..
... now tell me that this 'sticky switch ' is somewhere further down the track :-)).
'Sticky Switch' refers to the nasty habit of some switches being created half/open half/shut when the game is initiallised.
