If you haven't driven using one of these then you have missed out - no, it is not like fliying a virtual cockpit in FS9 - the sim was never set up to allow the cockpit control, but the beauty is you can drive the engine using the keys (which most people do anyway), and look around where you want in the most realistic way. No more of the eyes left, centre and right.
