Hello A&O Fans:

In this thread, you will find the only A&O "fix" needed, as well as an update for the few inanimate switches that exist in the route.

First, the Official A&O Fix:

Below you find a link to a file that will address 5 items for the A&O Sub. The first item is a confrontational issue. The fix will:

1. Correct the eng file for the A&M 42 AI engine. This fix is necessary to prevent a confrontation should the engine be selected for use by the end user.

The other four items are non-confrontational. They are:

1. Will overwrite the supplied sms files for the engines to redirect the sms to look for a sound wav in the correct folder.

2. Will address a minor texture faux paus on the A&M gondola.

3. Addresses a horn issue some end users were experiencing with the T6 and RS1.

4. Adjusts the ride height of the T6.


The installation procedure:

1. Download the file to a temp folder.
2. Unzip the file.
3. Double click on the "Setup.exe".
4. Click the button labeled "Suivant" (French for "Next")
5. Keep clicking the "Suivant" buttons as they pop up until the "Terminer" button appears.
6. Click "Terminer" = finished!

INANIMATE SWITCH UPDATE

This has been placed in this thread so anyone wanting to update the basic A&O route to its latest standard can do it all in one stop.

What This Does:

There is a shortcoming that sometimes exists when working on a route in that switches may cease animating back and forth on the affected tile.

This zip will only UPDATE the world files of the inanimate switches that exist on the A&O Sub. Bear in mind this only a VISUAL issue, the switches will FUNCTION FINE without this update.

This update contains all previous switch updates.

Here's how to apply it:

Directions:

1. Download the zip.

2. Unzip the zip.

3. Copy unzipped contents to the A&O Sub's "World" folder.

4. Click "Yes" to overwrite.
