Oh great, just what we need Another diesel power equipment pack.

At this rate, can I hold my breathe for a blue/gray MoP set?

Another first-class creation!
Gaetan, MoP is Missouri Pacific. And, could you add Union Pacific to the roster?
Keep 'em coming!

This is the only picture I could fine, I must say, even though it is black and white, its still pretty. Not sure if you could find colored photos, or even find pics

Thanks,

That's the Mop scheme for their passenger PA's, not FA's. The FA scheme is significantly different.

Gaetan,
I'm sorry about that, I forgot that your north of the border...thus that was an unknown nickname for a railroad. Allot of us southern hillbillys called the Missouri Pacific MoP or MOPAC. I'm not sure if there is any color photos of the FA/FB in the "Eagle" blue and gray scheme online. Andre is right, the photo Jonathan posted was of a pair of PA, the frieght units and passenger units had two different schemes. That scheme was dropped when Dowing Jenks became the CEO of MoP back in the 1960 (too lazy to look up the exact date right now). It was under his leadership that the 'blue dip" scheme was started and "screaming eagles" were added to the side of turbocharged locomotives. He is also the person the heavy overhual & rebuild shop in North Little Rock is named after. There is a couple of photos of the FA in the blue with gray stripe scheme in the following book: "Missouri Pacific Diesel Power". It was written by Kevin EuDaly about 1994. Would I need to contact him or the publisher to legally scan the two images and send them to Gaetan??

MoPac FA's:

There are. However, read below.

Probably the best thing at this time is to enjoy the terrific job Gaetan is doing on the Erie Lackawana versions and be glad they're headed our way. Let's keep the talk focused on that topic.
Missouri Pacific models bring an entirely new set of issues in that there may be encumberances using the scheme courtesy of Union Pacific's trademark claims. I am not interested in aligning VSC with UP's demands.
Let's keep this on topic: Gaetan's outstanding looking EL FA's and other EL equipment on the way.
Thanks!

All:
I agree! Some VERY nice looking stuff. When Gaetan sent me a TSM capture of them, I thought to myself "those are the most realistic looking MSTS FA's I've ever seen."
He has quite a roster of engines planned for the pack. Also to be included will be cabeese.

Good seeing you again! I was hoping some of the eastern road guys would stop by and say "hello"! Man, if I had unlimited time and the resources to do so, I still have an appreciation for select railroads of the east.

Andre has a good point...in this case two points. Those are some excellent looking FA/FB units there. And as far as UP goes...I had forgotten about UP lack of thinking. Goes to show how much I follow the UP.
