When I tried to install the BNSF SD40-2 pack from the BNSF Mainline engine pack, the installer said that a consist file could not be installed, it also did that on all the installers except for the common files. Is there a special order to install them, or are the files corrupted?

This problem usually occurs when the files aren't completely downloaded. Also make sure you temporarily disable antivirus software, download and try again.
I'll try disabling the virus scan and try again.
Turning off the virus scan fixed it.
