The mouse shows a pop-up text for "Wheelslip", just below the speedometer, but there is no gauge or meter.
In the CN cab there is no button for the sander, but it functions. The button is present in the CP cab.

Ok I found the problem and fixed it. The CN Cab has a Sander button too, and the Help Popup text will only popup when the mouse is on the indicator.
