Just out of curiosity (and the fact that I'm confused here), are you have trouble with one of our products or someone else's, or perhaps MSTS?
Either way, how about a screen shot of what you mean?
Cheers!

No it is not your addons...It was doin this waaaaaaaaaaaay b4 I bought the addon routes...I uninstalled then installed MSTS and STILL it is the same but now my color settings wet from 1240x762x32 now to 1280x1240x32bit...My color and GFX rules now

...But I still have the 50ft high top quality tex then it drops every 50ft...1st 50-great tex, 2nd 50-½as good as the 1st 50ft, then 100ft+ is low tex qual even on 1280x1240x32 and all sliders on right...I think I need a patch or something

...well If you can help just send back...ty

It might be a MIP Map problem you have.
Open your properties for the Geforce and go to advanced options.
You will find a droplist with "MIP Map Detail", ensure yourself this being set
to "Best Quality".
You also have the latest Drivers?

How are the graphics of other games on your pc? Are they also worse or just only MSTS? When you think it's your graphics card then get in contact with the vendor of it because they should help you when you aren't satisfied with the product.
If it's only MSTS, we would like to see a pic and see how worse it is. So what about sending me one (in jpg format) by e-mail and I'll post it in here.
As for MSTS II, I have no idea but with MS you never know.

>I am sending a 500kb file...
Hah????, it was 3.54 MB!!!!!!! guz I need a new harddisk lol
Anyway, I have it and I'll show 2 pics of it. The first is resized just to have a look at the full pic you sent.
The Second pic is cropped on true scale, so that's what you are seeing when you are in the sim.

Now what do you mean? The Cab? Well that's the bitmap, you can sharpen it in a paintprogram.
The Virtual world? I see nothing strange for MSTS. The scenery is always abit blurry in the distance.
If you mean the mountain on the left, that's because you are really close to the terrain texture so you see them
zoomed. There are a few updates at Train-sim.com I believe, and your railtracks can be updated too.
Anyhow, nothing really strange for a default MSTS without texture updates.
Anyone else?
PS: That cab, hmmm where did I see it before? lol

That is a MLW-630 Cab...If you look closely...you'll see lines in the cabviews...Is that normal? Well 3.12 mb takes about 20min-30min here on 56k...

And Im proud of having 56k too
4xs Anti Alias is the best right? btw, What is the highest pixel # you've ever seen on MSTS (ex:1280x1240x32) If I could get higher...could you help me there? thx

Anything higher than 1024 x 768 causes this in MSTS. Sorry, but live with it, or knock down the res.

If you haven't done this already, there is a way to remove the lines from the cabview that might help. Start MSTS from the Start Menu shortcut "Train Simulator Troubleshooter". From this menu choose the "Troubleshooting" tab. Put a check in the checkbox "Seams are visible in cab cockpits" and click 'OK'.
If this works for you, then you can change the target setting for the MSTS startup shortcut to make MSTS start each time with this parameter chosen using the following:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\train.exe" /nofiltercab

Clemmy cat:
I haven't seen your screen shots, but I used to have a pretty bad texture of the track, if you look further from the camera. It was sharply cut off, and didn't display any pattern (except for being just gray or plain) beyond that. Looked kind of ugly. Using the /fsaa/anisotropic command line switches made it worse in my case (2/3 drop of the fps, slow cursor movements, the black lines in the cab, which, btw I could not remove by using the /nofiltercab switch etc.). Only the use of the following line in the target field of the MSTS shortcut did the trick:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\train.exe" /anisotropic
I eliminated the problem immeditely after that, without any real tradeoff, like fps drop.
Thanks,
Eugene.
