Would the Berryville switcher crew be different from a "thru" run from Urbanette to Seligman??

On the real A&M, the road crew is two men....engineer and conductor. One or two switching crews (Ft. Smith has one that I've seen) are three men crews...engineer, conductor and brakeman. They handle allot of traffic as far as switching cars at industries not far from the Ft. Smith yard. There is also a remote controled T-6 working at Ft. Smith now (#14 carries a box on the back with a very tall ant.). Watching the "hogger" kick cars make me look good on the A&O.
