As I said in the my last posting, your software is worth the wait and, I might add, very well done. However you should heed to customers criticism, especially when its true, and make your product and customer satisfaction stronger, rather then saying your losing your cool. You should tell customers your having a problem with production or whatever, and advise them that it willl be another week or so, rather then saying its shipped, when it really hasn't.
Now for the positive comments: After having looked at your product I feel its worth the wait and certainly worth the 34.00. To anyone reading this and trying to decide if you want to buy this product: Marc and his peers have responded to every one of my E-mails in a very timely fashion. Their product is outstanding and their response to E-mail is the quickest I have ever encountered from any vender. I highly recommend doing business with these people, however I still stand by my comments about the excessive time taken to received the software. Marc and Brad, thank you for your work and support (Tech), and I hope you develop this product into a success beyond your wildest dreams.
