Ok - where on 3d trains site do you "hide" patches, I managed to find one "update 11" ,but am now certain there would be more (hidden?). I would not wish to spend hours upgrading couplers - I want to play, not fix problems that ought to have been fixed in the first place. Nope, I'm not a "grumblebum" I like what I see so far in Cajun Pass, but compared to "German Railroads 1" (same price for an Aussie!) there were a much better presentation overall and no need for me to do anything, but enjoy what I paid for.
Cheers,

" I would not wish to spend hours upgrading couplers - I want to play, not fix problems that ought to have been fixed in the first place."
FYI, The coupler fixes being proposed apply to every route in MSTS, even the default ones packaged with the simulator, they are not unique to this route alone and have been discussed at some length for well over a year by the entire train sim community.

Tom,
To fix all break values is easy with my EngMod program.

Use Derek's program, its makes these kinds of things a snap to do. You can do all at once if you want to. The only thing you have to watch for is eng/wag files that are set as read only, you need to change the properties before engmod can "fix" them. You will know if there are any, its the only thing I have seen that will crash engmod. After you are satisfied that the changes work fo to windows explorer and search for all the bk files in the trainset folder and subfolders and delete them. eng mod does create a bk file for eng/wag file it modifies.
