Marc,

Today I finally got my Cajon Pass CD in the mail, went to install it, and it looks like I have a bad CD. I run the install from the CD and about 20% through the install I'm prompted to insert Disk #2. Tried this with 3 dirrerent drives on 2 different PC's with the same results.

Finally I tried copying the setup file from the CD to my hard drive and about 20% through the copy I get a message that the drive is inaccessable. Again, same results with different PC's. Cleaned the CD but that didn't help.

How do I get a replacement?

Thanks,

Nick

Hi Nick,

It seems that there is a protective anti scratch coating on the CDs that may be causing the problem, here is a thread about it on the forums and possible solutions, or you can mail it back to us and Brad will replace it for you asap.

Thanks. I read the relevant thread, and I'll try washing the CD. Let you know the results.

Cleaned the CD; it didn't help on my DVD drive, but I was able to read the disk using my CD-RW, and made a clean copy, so I'm in business.
