Ooooh! Aaaaah! Nice cars! Jon didn't settle for just any combination car, but one that looks like it will haul the mail, some milk cans, Aunt Sophie's new rocker and Coonskin's new copper boiler!

We're all standing by, Andre, with our checkbooks!

" Jon didn't settle for just any combination car..."

JON? Just ANY combination car? Surely you jest. laugh.gif

Not only is that some spiffy equipment... BUT... they were built using actual photos of StLNA equipment as reference points!

Well there is no doubt that Jon creates great stuff because he believes in doing it right with all the find details added, much like you in your route creating, Jon is fantastic with detail and that's what makes his stuff so great.
So when are these going to be made available? And at what price? I want them yesterday. I am not a big passenger train fan, but your route beckons some passenger equipment and therefore I will run them. Just as soon as they are made available.

Great stuff Jon....thanks for sharing, Andre. Will be looking forward to running them on your route. smile.gif smile.gif

Greetings,

I am new here and trying to get up-to-speed concerning the SL&NA. unsure.gif

Just where can I find these Jon Davis version cars? The only packs I've seen are both by John Fowlis:

slna_pas.zip Date: 07-02-2004 and
esr_pass.zip Date: 07-29-2004 at Train-sim.com.

I like the new interior view compared to the default set.

If anyone would kindly direct me, I'd be much obliged. smile.gif

Hi Steve!

Welcome to the VSC forum! Thanks for giving the StLNA route a try!

The StLNA Equip Pack, of which the passenger cars will be a part of, hasn't been released yet. The models are finished and the eng/wag files are here on my hard drive. I am going to be involved getting the A&O Sub out the door this week. I hope to turn my attention the StLNA Pack within the next couple weeks and once I do I will pursue it until released.

Thank you for the heads up concerning the new rolling stock.

Reading through about 13 pages of this forum, I see a lot of new goodies just out of my grasp! wink.gif

While over at Andre's house and in between questions from Joey to Andre (Andre's Lionel set was the topic of discussion with Joey) I managed to sneak a peek at the StL&NA Pack that ol' Coonskin has on his hard drive. ph34r.gif (looking around)...man is the equipment outstanding! Andre was careful to not leave me alone for two long (rats blush.gif ). I would have gotten a couple more screen shots, but I didn't have a chance.dry.gif

Better get going, here is comes again. ph34r.gif

I wasn't doing anything Andre (acting as if I've done nothing wrong) wink.gif

Too bad you didn't get a chance to get a copy of "the Pack" (Rats!!!) mad.gif

Absolutely gorgeous old cars! A must have for sure, and well worth the moolah, I'm sure. Jon's work is top-drawer, and I treasure everything I have of his.
