Hello I have a question about textures

I got your new york central f7 and it wouldnt work so i figured out that since I have a vodoo 3 i needed the 512 textures No prob I d/l them and works great WONDERFULL ENGINE BTW

well I recently got a B&O repaint and Its doing the same thing the NYC did when i first got it. And I cant find a low rez version. I was reading about the batch files to convert it yourselft but Im not that computer literate. can someone tellme how to go about chaninging those to where I can convert them for my vodoo card

What you need to do is download TgaTool2.. You'll have to do a google search, I can't remember the address.

1. BACKUP THE A1_MAIN.ace FILE FROM THE LOCOMOTIVE BEFORE PROCEEDING
2. Open TgaTool2
3. Open the A1_Main.ace file in TgaTool2
4. Go to file, click save as, save the file as a TARGA (.TGA)
5. Open up Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop or a program capable of editing TGA files
6. Open the .tga you just created fromTga Tool2
7. Resize to 512X512 pixels
8. Load the file again in TgaTool2.
9. Click Export, select Ace (alpha)
10. Tell it to go to the folder where you have the locomotive installed and select the A1_MAIN.ace file
11. Tell it ok, and when prompted about overwriting a file, tell it yes.

You should now have a functioning 512 file for your locomotive.. To do a "B" unit, repeat the process (Backup First) , only use B1_Main.ace

you dont know where I could get an already converted version of those files do you?
I have no program to edit .tga's

But I followed you instructions to a tee and It still is showing the error report

This is the same thing that happened with the New York Central loco untill I got the 512 update

Any Ideas now

Did you convert for both the A and B units?
