Time for some quickie updates before I head off to bed...
COLORADO MIDLAND...
Remember me being bummed that I didn't have as many city-type textures to work with in which to start creating Colorado Springs? Soooo... was going to mix business with pleasure and hit one of my favorite texture places in Kansas City while we were to be there on business a few weekends ago. Remember? Do you also remember we barely got out of Dodge before the BLIZZARDS hit... and being snowed in the next day here at the home-20??? Remember????
Well....
Gonna' try again very soon. Have my new Sony HX1 camera in hand... started trying to learn this newfangled thing... and either this weekend or next it's another road trip to try to snag some textures. Wish me luck!

Man oh man... that stuff would look SOOOOO good on a route based on the Rock Island.
If Gaetan ever does a Frisco pack to that quality... I'll bet I'd be a goner. Would probably HAVE to do a Frisco project of SOME KIND.
MSTS On Hold...
At least it has been for the past few weeks. One reason is the textures mentioned above. Other reason is because IT'S HOG WEATHER!!! Wife and I have been riding our Harley-Davidson the past two weekends. One weekend was a United Way benefit "Poker Run". Yours truly had a king-high straight going right up until the LAST CARD.
Sharon beat me with a pair of sevens. 
So, even though MSTS has been on a bit of hold, if I score on my upcoming texture hunt... I will be anxious to start slapping together some structures for Colorado Springs.
