Hello,

I Purchased Santa Fe Passenger F-Units, Rural Landscapes and ScaleRoad RW packages.
I received the conformation mail with the Registration Key and download instructions on Sunday 7 February 2010,
According tot the instructions I registered on the 3DTrains forum.
I also did send an e-mail with my forum user name, Products and date of Purchase.
Did so by including this info in an e-mail reply to the conformation mail.

But as of yet I don't seem to have access to any download area.

Did you receive my mail?
Have my purchases and payment through Paypal actually been processed correctly?
Or has my access to the downloads already been set up for me and am I missing something obvious?
From previous similar topics I understand that you’re not online 24/7 (Good thing actually! ) so I will patiently await your reply.

Hi Marc. I did resend the mail with the purchase details again. This time to mnelson AT 3dtrains.com and support AT 3dtrains.com.

Marc, Received your e-mail shortly after my request. It contained the link to the products download area that had been set up for me.
Eventually I have everything installed, set up and running now!
