A little while ago Marc, I mused on whether you had thought about creating some more arid, desert style vegetation to complement your excellent temperate pack. Did you ever get a chance to look at this?

As I start to reach the closing stages of my current UK RW route, thoughts are turning to the next one being set in warmer climes - somewhere between Grand Junction and the California Coast. Nothing like a dull, overcast 3 deg C British winter to focus the mind elsewhere!

Anyhow while the default Cajon plants in RW are a start, no substitute for a quality third party pack.

I haven't had the chance to get back to these yet, Vern, but I do have a lot of desert plants. I'll tinker around with a few - any particular species you're in need of first?

Cheers!

Trees - I think you are probably looking at Yucca, Mesquite, Palms and Joshua's. Maybe some hardy pines and cypress.

Alot of it is going to be scrub, certainly driving the Potash line in TM4 and MSTS (a very interesting prototype wink.gif ) probably mesquite, tumbleweed, sage brush, cresote and dry grasses.
I'm not sure what species of cacti would grow in that area.

Thanks Marc.
