After mooching off the forum for for five or so years - though not totally so; I came in the back door with Andre and VScale - I thought it was high time I bought a 3D product. So, though I'm not a diesel or Class 1 fan, I wanted to see Marc's handiwork and cruise on the mainline with the big boys ...

I was not disappointed. The old PC is swallowing hard and trying to keep up, but the route is wonderful! I enjoyed the car washers on the Portola Service Track and realized that that was just the beginning.

I'm working with Scott Brunner, Bill Hobbs, et al., on a heavy steam project. The Feather River canyon will be a fine place to romp!
