In case you were not aware, there is a great article on the Alco's on the A&M in the latest Locomotive 2009 published by Trains. Probably old news for you Andre but none the less good reading. Perhaps your mug is smiling in one of those pictures wink.gif

Nope... haven't seen a Trains magazine in years.

Typically, though, most of the railfans/photogs hang out well north of Ft. Smith. Lots of RR "grunt work" goes on in the Ft. Smith region, not exactly what railfans are after. The only actual "road" train during most days is the "Monett Turn" Springdale/Monett.

This is a motive power magazine Trains puts out once a year. The article and pictures are centered around Springdale wink.gif
While only 3 pages the article is very informative on your employers motive power and is illustrated with really great pictures. smile.gif
