I have tried this scenario several times, lately with RailWorks. Each time I come to a screeching halt just short of the cement plant. As Rich pointed out to me, there isn't any AI traffic in this scenario so...? Anyone have any guidance as to how to get through this?

A red just under the viaduct? Ask permission and carry on. Waited for minutes
but finally desided to go on. Works for me. Good luck.

Antonlans right Don, you get that red but if you ask permission you go through.
I'm glad you guys brought this up because to most they will think the AI signalling is screwy. Not the case! Remember I'm learning this as I go. What I should have done was to put a signal that ends with the E instead of the one I got there. The E signifies there's a yard behind the signal so the signal ignores what's behind it and it will give you a green instead. But because I used a standard signal the signal sees freight traffic in the plant and thus you have to get permission to get in. Just one of those things you learn as you go. The signals aren't explained in the manuals and the C&N only being my second route, that's the problem. I'll see if I can replace those signals in a patch (a fellow pointed out the freeroam scenario has a hidden problem with it) without destroying the route.

OK, Rich. I'll try it again but I believe I have tried a Tab function most of the times I ended up there. I know I did yesterday on RailWorks. You don't forget "Request to pass signal at Danger denied!"

OK, OK! So it was really only a Restricted Red. Thanks for the push.
