Heres a few shots of a A&M local that I caught today.

Getting the train put together.

They've been doing a lot of work in the yard lately.

Not the prettiest of tracks.

Caught it again right before it entered the yard.

And also caught another train in the yard switching.

Enjoy.

Barry: Nice pics.

That last pic was me and the job I work. Your other pics are of Job 3... and it looks like they're coming into the yard for the final move of their day.

FWIW: In view of the above. We had just finished up some switching on the north end of the yard when Job 3 hollered at us. Told them we were coming north on 2 rail and would scurry down the main in front of them and for them to follow us. As they were pounding over 6th St, we came out, lined behind, and then I hustled the 50 down the main at the maximum allowable (20 MPH) while they dropped down the hill toward P Street.

IF you'd been at the right place at the right time, it would have made a neat series of pics of us coordinating our moves and two Alco powered moves just minutes apart.

Was that also you down at the FS Jct snapping pics? Would have been just before noon, I think. Whomever it was caught us and the FSR doing our things at the KCS Yard.

Must'a been a good day to catch multiple activity in a setting.

Yeah, We just missed catching Job 3 disconnect from the cars because we got caught behind traffic after the train passed that one crossing before the yard crossing. Funny thing is, I knew the crew from the Job 3 and now I knew the guys from the 50 switcher, small world! laugh.gif

No, around Noon, we was in Van Buren snapping shots in the UP yard.
