Is the California Zephyr in the Feather River route better then the cars and power that comes with the California Zephyr trainset?

They're the same, except the set in the Feather River is slimmed down a few dozen cars and locomotives.

Well not exactly the same. The FRC CZ comes with a FP7A and the CZ set come with a early F3A.

And the F-units in the Feahter river is v4 while the F-units that comes with the CZ pack is v3.9.

Well for now I have bought the California Zephyr trainset. I will save up to get the Feather River route for a later date.

Love driving it up the Moffet road. When I was a kid I took took the D@RGW Zephyr from Denver to Salt Lake City. I was too young to remember much...sigh. But I do remember seeing the D@RGW trains when I was growing up in Colorado.
