So when I load MSTS it cuts just as its about half way there after the SR surfliner was installed. Any help?

Since the Surfliner uses an old version of the Standardized Tsection.dat, either update the tsection file, or install the Surfliner as a mini route.

FWIW, we do not support the Surfliner route, as it is not a 3DTrains product.
