I need access to the update forum for all the products purchased from 3DTrains and Dekosoft. I purchased every thing, execpt the speedster and DRWG T motors (from Dekosoft). I can't E-Mail you. (Don't use Outlook or Outlook express). lincolnzoo@aol.com.

I see you have access to the F-Units & Geeps area. Can you not loacate these from the initial forum page?

Yes I have access to the F Units for a couple of months, but none for the Cajonpass, Rs18, GP20, Sweethaven route and the southwest and midwest super geep locos. If I have access for the geeps, I must have missed it. Does the access to updates also includ Deko locos? (I purchased all of their stuff). Thanks for the reply.

Never mind, I do have Geep access.

Dekosoft's forum is public. As for Ron's and Dennis' locos, I've set access for you accordingly.

I bought the one of the F-7 trainsets and it said 'It should only take minutes' (I don't have a good sence of time tho) and i can't find the F units forums....I guess I'll have to wait a little longer..

They have to add your access to the forums seperately AFAIK. Patience is a virtue! It shouldn't take more than 24 hours or so.

As mentioned elsewhere, time is added if someone else (your dad) buys the set, but it's you who are to have access. Everything is manual around here, and changes take place when I'm online.

I purchased both the D&RG Train Set, and ATSF Super Chief 1-21-04, and I cannot seem to find where to download the train sets. I cannot find where to download these files if need be you can call me collect or give me your phone # so I can call you.

According to your Group level you should be able to get there.

Go to the section in the forum named "Product Support & Exclusive Access Forums" Then open the "F-Units & Geeps" forum then the "Locomotive & Core Downloads" thread there you will find the downloads for the D&RG Train Set, and ATSF Super Chief.
