Hey Marc...I've emailed twice in regards to access to download to the UP F3 F-Units I just purchased. All info requested was sent but I never received a reply. Please let me know if I did something wrong or If I need to resend my purchase info...Or maybe the d-loads are available and I just don't know how to get them. thx

Hey Preston, By chance did you check your spam folder? Sometimes company emails get cought in there by mistake duw to security settings. I know this has happened to me numerous times.

BTW, I believe you're mistaken about sending any email to us. Aside from the initial SWREG order, nothing shows up in the server logs with your email attached. Me thinks you sent it off to planets unknown.

Ok...I see you forwarded the 3DTrains Order response to me again...I did get this already. Just to double check..."mnelson at 3dtrains.com" is the correct email address to respond to correct? I'm assuming that's it...The instructions don't specify exactly were to send my info...So that's were I sent the first 2 responses.

I'm following the new member instructions because I don't see a "Product Downloads" sub-forum.
