The day starts out in the harbor at PHL's Pier A Yard. #30 came to a stop on the wye.

A BNSF transfer job was working in the yard and had just finished up and was getting ready to head back to Watson.

They stopped to wait for a stack train to pass by, leaving the harbor... which I wasn't really in position to shoot.

I didn't really think about getting street running shots on McFarland (lack of sleep doesn't help in making good decisions) and instead we headed to the corridor. Not long after arriving a couple GenSets strolled by.

And then two sets of light power hooked together and headed to the Wilmington Wye.

Not long after that an EB BNSF stack train came up the corridor. Seconds before the DPUs passed by another EB blocked the view...

And about 15 minutes later a WB came to a stop before CP W. Thenard.

After that it was time to head east. Here's a local in Grand Terrace I believe.

Off to the Yuma Sub now. There were plenty of trains waiting at the Colton diamonds but apparently that was the end of the WB rush. There was only one more WB before sunset. Here it is a bit west of Palm Springs.

The DPUs...

And to close my short report, here is a shot at West Colton just before heading home. Thanks for looking! And I would like to thank my friend, Eu-Jin, for taking me along with him.
