OK here is a new US loco to play with in RS. It will go well on Rich's Cottonwood route. It will be part of a set in a repainting kit including non dynamic versions and high nosed ones.

Enjoy and let me have some feed back flowers.gif

Looks and sounds fantastic. Excellent work.

I had no luck with the bell fix though. As per the instructions, I replaced the two files in the InputMappers directory. The blueprints.pak file had already been deleted (I guess) by your installer since there wasn't one there when I went to delete it (but there's one there now after running the sim).
For your information, both US_Expert.bin and Default_Expert.bin are timestamped at 9/7/2008 10:53.
The old files were timestamped 11/11/2007 4:47.

My only other observation might be with the volume vs. distance. I'm not sure what it is called, perhaps the 'cone of noise' as opposed to the 'cone of silence'. The engine sound seems to reach maximum volume several car lengths from the engine itself in all directions. The default engines don't do that, so there must be a parameter somewhere that just needs a little tweaking.
