I haven't heard much of the route that isn't right but one person did send me feedback that one scenario was not loading properly. I tried it and here's the fix. Unpack the rpk file and drag it on top of the Package Manager program and the scenario will work.

Question however! He's also saying the Cottonwood to the Coal Prep Plant scenario isn't loading. Mine is. Is anybody else having an issue with this scenario?

Nope, works for me too. Just the one you've provided a fixed for didn't load.

For the record, I have the USA version with, so far, only your add-on.
