Over on Trainorders, when someone posts some Katy, it's usually "Some Katy for the Soul"

In that spirit, here's a "Sloan Yellow" hack! This is the one I mentioned earlier that is an AMB LaserKit. I was amazed at how easy it went together! Finished the main stuff up tonight, you'll note it hasn't gotten grabs or end rails and ladders yet. Those are coming, as well as the correct leaf-spring Bettendorf trucks.

This is going to look real nice with my as-delivered scheme Atlas RS-3

You ask, I deliver!
After I had switched my train out in the yard, I coupled onto the hack and ran a caboose hop around. Here's the RS-3 with the Katy Krummy.

No, those were the truck for my SSW K-1 class 2-8-0 -- still in the same condition- I haven't got the round tuit for that part yet. This was a flat wood kit, and yeah I assembled, painted and decaled it. Thanks!
