I have buy last week "ATSF BN CNW GP7 GP9 SuperPack". I have pay 10$ via paypal. I have received a receipt for my payment from paypal. I haven't received any email from 3DTrains. The email adress support@3dtrains.com seems out of order.

I think Marc is/was on vacation.

On Saturday, an email was sent to "ratus6@aol.com" - are you not using this address any longer? If not, then it might be a good idea to update your PayPal info for the future. Nevertheless, I've just sent out a new email using the AOL address you used here on the forums, and have set access accordingly.

I us actually the ratus6 adress, I don't understand why I didn't received this mail.
Now it's ok: I have downloaded the GP-9 pack and install-it on my hard disk with no problem.
The BN GP-9 is very nice and the details of the model are fantastics.
But with the GP-9 CNW and ATSF I experienced a systematic crash. I suppose the cause of this problem is my Voodoo3 graphic card.
Where is it possible to find a low resolution texture?

In the F-Units & Geeps forum, look for the sticky thread (near the top) entitled "Low-Res Textures for Older Video Cards"...A link is provided there for the 512 x 512 textures.
