I downloaded the F7 cab from train-sim to install into my 3d trains F7 santa fe.In the read me file it states to "edit your .eng file .cvf entry to read cab view (f7a.cvf)"
this seems to be contradictory.Any clues as to how i modify the .eng file .cvf entry.

I'm not a pooter wiz however so who knows.

You want to use the freeware version instead of the one for the Warbonnets, or do you mean adding the freeware cab to the freeware ATSF freight units. If the latter, then the cabview entries in the ENG file must match the name of the CVF file in the Cabview folder.

If you're trying to add the freeware cab to the payware units, personally I wouldn't bother, but the procedure above still holds true.
