I bought the LTV trainset late november/early december last year, sent in reg card, and I still haven't got it. Have E-mailed Abacus twice. No response. I respectfully suggest that 3dtrains find a better partner for retail addons. Preferably one that doesn't try to cheat it's customers.

I've heard of some delays in getting the route to customers overseas. Since the route shipped late Dec/early Jan, I would have thought 4 to 6 weeks would have been sufficient (brings to now).

Are you using the email provided on the trainsimulatorworld.com site, or one from the Abacus flight sim area? If you don't have luck with one, try the other. In the meantime, I'll see what I can find out.

I've mailed two adresses from the abacus trainsimulatorworld site, first info@abacuspub.com, then tech@abacuspub.com . First one was sent on the 9th of January, second one on the 14th of February. The second one included the first as an attachment. As stated above, I have received no replies to either mail. Anyway, thanks for replying.

Finally! After a long wait, the route finally hit my mailbox today.

1 month, here in US, still waiting..I called and asked when it shipped, that was 1 month ago..Good old US mail..
