Doesn't Tower 55 make the EMD SD70Ace?
http://www.tower55products.com/showroom.phpThis list doesn't include N scale? Should have posted "Your model Railroad wish list." I would like to see a lot of stuff made for N scale as well.

Those are brass. I would like it if Athearn or Kato made the EMD SD70ACE.
Where does it say Brass on their page? Quotes from their page,
"Experience the excitement of Tower 55, a new line of model trains so accurate and finely detailed they’re sure to bring a new level of realism to your rails. Tower 55, the new plastic division of Overland Models, Inc.., offers the names you know and love in precisely rendered HO scale. Same here! I can think of several dozen locomotives, and 10-times that many in rolling stock that needs serious attention. I would also like to see more involvement by the various N-Scale manufacturers in creating more prototypically-correct/accurate turnouts.
Cheers!

I wish the companies would release:
-An Athearn or P2K Chessie GP40-2 that was more accurate (phase II's and III's with the longer nose, anti climber and other missed out details...Could it even be affordable too?)
-A Chessie System SD40-2 from Athearn built to modern standards
-More Western Maryland, Family Lines, and Seaboard SD's and Geeps
-A cheaper yet modern detailed BNSF SD40-2 (the Kato one is my dream, but at 179.00 a pop, there won't be too many of those in my near future!)
-A BNSF Dash 9 with the correct cab windows!
-More locos to choose fromt that have sound!
I have modified several locos to more "modern" standards of detail by adding MU hoses, cut bars, speed recorders and even built and color matched a couple DW cabs for some of my Athearn geeps. They are now some of my best looking locos...And much more affordable too, with PLENTY of room for sound decoders....
-Rich
....Guess I'll just keep on wishing!

If you want to send your train suggestions. Walthers has a survey for new products.
http://walthers.com/exec/page/survey or
Send your suggestions to Athearn at:
http://www.athearn.com/About/Contact.aspxI put in Amtrak California cars at the Walthers Survey.
For the Siemens-Duewag U2s, I think a brass company made the U2s in HO

Actually, True Line Trains is making the MPXpress in HO scale. And just recently, Tower 55 was sold to Athearn so Overland can get back to brass, so Athearn should be making GEVOs and ACes under the Genisis name soon. Away from that, I would say an Amtrak Transition Sleeper in Phase IVb with Plated Finish along with a Caltrain MP. I actually sent an email to Athearn last night with some ideas like a set with an F59PHI with Bombardier cars and a freight set with a Dash 9 with either Maxi IIIs or Husky Stacks with containers.

Maybe a BNSF ES44C4 or UP ES44AC, UP or BNSF SD70ACe from MTH, and more Superliners in IVb and Caltrain Bombardiers.

I would love to see Atlas do another run of Coalveyor's in HO scale when I graduate from college. I could use about 25 empties and 25 loaded cars in UFIX paint... those trains were the only pure unit trains that ran on the Ft. Worth sub during my modeling period. Beautiful to behold with a glut of 40 series power lugging them up the long grade from the South Bosque river out of Blue Cut between McGregor and Moody... Although if they were to come out with some soon, I'd still probably scrounge up enough money to get at least one 18-25 car train together.

To update about the SD70Aces, I have 5 of them from Kato N scale; 3 Heritage UP Aces and 2 regular UP "Flags" locos. I have 3 more on reserved and coming when it's available. I have one BNSF and CSX Aces coming in 2010. Although, I do modeled on western region of US, I am gonna still get some Eastern Region locos like CSX, NS, and maybe Conrail to use as borrowed power.
(I know this is not HO list, I think the title should be change to Post your model RR wish list).

Done.

I'm just getting back into model RR'ing, after recently meeting a guy into N-Scale who lives just a few blocks from here. He knows a few others, so we may be doing a round-robin, but it'll be a while before my layout is back up to snuff.
Cheers!

I got you beat by 6+ years, but I'm heading out to the shed today to begin some general cleanup, then a buddy's coming over Sunday to move out some big junk. Afterward, we can figure out what to build.

BTW, I've been out of N-Scale so long, that I had missed out on all the new stuff, particularly the new N-Scale vehicles available from
Classic Metal Works (Mini Metals) and
GHQ. Wow - this is some great stuff - the detail on some of these models rival that of larger scales!
Cheers!

Thank you Marc. Getting back into what you've missed in the last 6 years?

I've been keeping in touch with the N scale stuff for several years when I was only playing MSTS and not touching my N scale stuff. I am slowing getting into it here and there. Winter is coming so I'll be working on it more. BTW, I have moved my layout from the spare bedroom into the living room so I can make it bigger to run longer trains. Pictures coming later once the dust settles.
