I am new to this. I just bought something from 3D Trains this morning. I got the E-mail from Marc telling me all the product codes for downloading, and to go to the Locomotive & Core Downloads area to download the Surfliner stuff.

My first problem is, I cannot find where this is. My second problem is, in the download area and the places other people have said to look because they have had the same problem as me have lead no where. The only things I see to download are for those tracks.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

I believe the email said you need to inform Marc of your forum username so that he can change your "Group" status. You are still "Group: Members" so your group status has not changed so that you can see the area to download. Have you responded to his email?

The wording of the email I sent may need some work, as there's usually a few who miss the message that I need certain info to set access. I'll work on it a bit.

i just got a question id like to purchase the surfliner route where can i get it at and is it a downloadable link or do you have to ship it in the mail

Surfliner trainset is available but not the route. You want freeware version of the route, go to www.trainsim.com file library. Believe me, the freeware version is a lot better than the payware version.

I got the passwords for the Surfliner downloads after my grandfather purchased it for me, but I can't seem to find the download location.
