Making their introduction along the route of Santa Fe's famous San Diegan, Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner marked the dawn of a new era of high-speed passenger rail service in California, a state which had boasted some of the most famous "crack" streamliners only a decade earlier.

This set comes with over 25 complete trainsets, in nearly 40 different consist configurations, including Surfliner Cab Cars in "Push" mode. The set also comes with two highly detailed passenger views, including the Pacific Business Class with its own animated Surfliner film!
