That Andre feller sure is dedicated to the cause. Even on his day off, he's working on the railroad. Yes sir, that is one dedicated feller for sure. The only problem with that picture is there isn't a train there; guess that is more of that Great Coonskin Drama we've all come to expect.

Andre,

When I worked in Pine Bluff, Ark. many ( about 30 ) years ago, I was working with a Dr. David Brashears. I had forgotten all about him until I saw this post. He was the college roommate of then Governor David Pryor, one of whose aids was a young fellow named William Jefferson Clinton. Dr. Brashears was a real character, and I do believe his family was from the area you are modelling. Thanks for making the memories come back.

"Even on his day off..."

Never assume, young Grasshopper.

Just because you have a day off does not mean I have one. I have already been to Heavner twice (killed the engine this morning, just got back from starting it for tonight), been on the phone numerous times each with:

Our Trainmaster
KCS
C&D Tire
Etc.

Tomorrow will be the same, except that I am also going to try to fit in going to get our Hirail as well.

Things aren't always the way they appear. unsure.gif

Hey, they don't pay me the "big bucks" for nutthin', ya' know. dry.gif
