Has there ever been a railroad that has been more different railroads than the A&O Sub? It has been the Pennsy, the B&O, the Erie-Lackawanna, the Reading, the Santa Fe, you name it! tongue.gif

Seems like whenever a railroader doesn't have a home road, A&O works for them all. Maybe just because it looks so very good. biggrin.gif

Yup, I run everything on A&O. Its the only route that I have that is really good for any generation of equipment. An Alco with 10 empties looks as good as 5 5000 horsepower wide cabs dragging an intermodal across it.

Amen Brother Herb, preach it!

Step right up and purchase your copy of the A&O Sub! I still have plenty left... overstocked, even! rolleyes.gif

I hear he'll even make you a deal on a steam route that he has. The "old timers" really enjoy it and say it's just like the old days. I understand the old days stopped in 1939. biggrin.gif

Will Rogers once said, "Things ain't like they used to be........and never were." We tend to 'polish' a bit. laugh.gif
