I place an order on July 28 for Desert rails and have not received anything. How do I find out the status of my order?

You mean Cajon Pass? FWIW, Desert Rails is another product, but not by us.
If you ordered Cajon using PayPal:
An error was discovered in the PayPal database which we hadn't caught unitl Thursday evening. We fixed it that night, and your CD should ship today. Sorry for the delay.
