Are these guys still in business? I ordered the UP SD90 Pack on Friday, Oct. 20 and according to the site would be issued a url, user name and password. The only thing I've received so far is a receipt fom PayPal. I sent an email with copy of my receipt with no response so far. Did I just make a $12 donation or will I get my product?
