I am totally new at installing downloads into my MSTS. I downloaded the two setup components of the Southwest superpack into unzipped files. What do I do now? How do I get them into the main program?

You'll need a program to extract the setup file from the zip. You can use Winzip, which is a free program for extracting zip files:

http://www.winzip.com

1) Right-click on the zip file and select "Winzip > Extract to..."
2) Extract the setup file from the zip to a temp directory - one that you can easily remember and navigate to
3) Find the setup file - it'll be named the same as the zip, but have an "exe" extention and appears with a different icon
4) Double-click the setup file and follow the on-screen instructions

Once the setup has finished, it's simply a matter of starting Train Simulator and selecting the geeps from the locomotive pull down menu. If you want to create new consists, use the ConBuilder program available from our Downloads page

Let me know how it works out. smile.gif

biggrin.gif Hi Marc,

Success! I followed your instructions and all loaded well. Awesome additions to the TS! Now I have to start checking out the Conbuilder program. Thanks again for your quick and effective assistance.
