I just finished up the movie the other day for Cumberland showing user pics and while I know steam is not the easiest thing to run in MSTS, I thought I would encourage you guys to give it a try if you haven't.

Dick Cowen did a wonderful job with the steam engines in his L&N packs. In fact, so much so that I was fastly becoming addicted to running steam while I was preparing the activities. What Dick C., Gaetan, Marc Nelson and Dean (Wiscentral) will and have done for L&N rollingstock is phenomenal. Do also give the steam units a try though. I found them quite easy to control and run making for some great running up and down the Cumberland.

Makes a real good presentation, Rich. The background soundtrack adds a lot of "motion" to the overall effect.

Hey Rich, knew we would convert you one day!!!

The L&N steamers are awesome!!! Great looks and great running. I converted the "oil leaker" activities to steam.

Convert me???? But, I've always been a steamer guy. I like diesels but mostly 1st generation stuff. But you know... Ohio Rail... was predominantly a steam route except we didn't have steamers back then that could do much in the way of moving much equipment let alone up a hill. Wasn't until NALW's (John Fowlis) Berkshire that we got a steamer that could pull a decent amount of freight cars up a hill. But I've always been a steam fan from way back.
