The other thing I noticed on both units, plus the FTs, is that the Amp Meter which shows how much current is going to the motors starts at the far left hand side of the meter. When in dyanmic brakes, the meter just sits on the left hand peg. I would think that the meter should start in the middle, swing right for throttle and swing left of center for dynamic brake.
While I am being picky, I would also like to see some red marks on the amp meter, both ends, showing the overload zones. I believe the real units had both a yellow zone and red zone on each side. At one time, some units came with instructions that said traction motors could be run in the red zone for 15 minutes and then the engineer must throttle down. Of course, this is not a problem with the new units as the computer will slowly reduce power on the unit until you either stop or they cool down due to the train speed increasing.
