Received a beta of the FA from Gaetan... had to put it in the route and see what it's going to look like.

Below you'll see a screen of them sitting at what will be the location of the diesel fueling racks at the Pen Argyl engine service area. Behind you see the "tip of the iceburg" so to speak. The "iceburg" is the brick structure barely visible in the background. That is the large shops complex I'm building.

Just like it was for me with the North Arkansas... this is so COOL watching another fallen railroad come back to life!!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Looks great Andre. I agree with you about adding life to another fallen flag railroad. But, please, get me a pail of water and a brush so I can clean that thing. Of course if Gaetan had it his way you wouldn't even be able to read the Lehigh and New England on the side...lol....but he does do a great job. So if he reads this, he knows I am teasing him. Or should. But it sure is a bear to reskin one of his dirty units! Great texturing there. I love the feel of a shiny paintjob but with a patina of dust over it that the highlights pick out. Brilliant.

What do you need a wash rack for? It won't make locomotives pull any better. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Actually, it makes them less wind resistant, so they will pull better! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

That wind resistants would most likely only be measureable above 75mph. So are you saying the "F" in "FA" stands for Fast and not Freight? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
