OK so where do I go to the "private file areas" to get my purchase (that is already paid for)? And why do I have to jump through all these hoops? I purchased scalerail yesterday aug 10 and you already know my username.

My apologies for the hassles, but we haven't found an automated solution that is both cost effective and convenient for our customers. The means we have in place now allows you to download at any time without worry of lost files, and also ensures that you have access to the latest updates.
