Confirmation E-mail after Purchase Options

Hello 3D Trains,

On 3/7/12 I purchased the Feather River Route. I did receive the confirmation e-mail from PayPal shortly thereafter. However, I did not any further confirmations directly from 3D Trains as I have in the past. My spam folder is clear, so that doesn't appear to be the culprit (plus, the e-mail from PayPal came through perfectly).

Should I have received another e-mail with keycodes and shipping information, or should I just expect the DVD in the mail within the next couple weeks?
