Is there a phone number in which I can contact support at 3Dtrains.com? I bought the Scale Rail for Railworks addon from the 3Dtrains web site on November 19th through Paypal. The instructions indicate that I should wait for an e-mail from 3D trains telling me how to download my purchase. I have not received this e-mail. I tried sending an e-mail to the address provided on 3Dtrains website for support and did not get a response back. I checked my Spam folder to ensure that any e-mail from 3Dtrains was not deleted. Now my bank account has been charged for a purchase that I have not received and I am at a loss as to how to get help with this problem.
