If it's been awhile since you ran the route you might possibly have installed the older rollingstock files which were on average about 5 megs big. These sets have been replaced and included in the newer rollingstock files which on average are ...uhhhh... *tapping forehead*... gee can't remember, alot bigger. I think they run about 20 megs each for the first two and the last one is 11 megs. I think. Those are the files you want to use. And you can install them right over top of the old ones and you shouldn't have a problem. If that is what happened then get rid of those older files. I don't think in the new installation tutorial pdf all that which happened is talked about any more. But what we did back a year ago was take all the rollingstock and updates and group them into one install. But a number of other equipment have been included and the activities call them so you'll get that error. It could be something else but I haven't seen your nick around here in awhile so I'm thinking maybe that is what happened.
