Hi,

I received the e-mail with the keycodes and instructions for getting access to the Private File area. I sent the E-Mail with my user name, purchased products list and date of purchase, but still have not been able to access the private file area. I only see the free download area under the Railworks download area.

Is there another E-mail I should be expecting or is access just "set up" and I need to keep checkin the forums area?

i have been having the same problem but it has been almost a day and still no email to give me access to my purchased products scale rail and scale road for railworks

yes but on the page of the fourm i can only see "freeware downloads". please help. i also sent an email to 3dtrains which the email specified me to do if i don't have access to the private dowloads.
